Embroidering the Gecko

Trying a new project with my embroidery machine.  Stay tuned for news on the project!  I'm very excited about this one.

Salsa Nights 4 - Trimming the quilt

I love using my rotary cutter.

If you are going to quilt you will need a good rotary cutter - it's so much easier and precise than cutting with scissors. As you can see I am wearing a klutz glove so I won't cut myself if I slip.

I made this quilt for Jason - it has taken a very long time! But one of the finishing steps for a quilting project is trimming the quilt, with of course your rotary cutter and acrylic ruler.
